A4 Magazine Poster - Major Draft

I've finally reached a simplified point of the last version of my poster so that all the placement looks and feels authentic, my next task will be to implement this into a propper magazine, giving it nice placement and simple, obvious connections to other things.

Overall I'm really happy with the outcome of this, my next thing I wish to do in preparation for reviewing my work is get a nice setup to do a form of video podcast.

I used the two different images of the band to show the performance and music style to the target audience, young teenage audiences when reading magazines are more than likely needing a full visual to explain or direct their mind to what the music is going to be like, so I believe that photos displaying acoustic guitars and keyboards shows the simple acoustic format. The colours also are along the graytone/sepia line and add a very characterised feel.

The album digipak cover had to be implemented as the centerpiece because that is the main selling point of the advert, meaning that it had to be the most obvious part of it. Hopefully with the flow and embossing style around and behind the digipak it'll alert people to the hint of "new music" and then will entice the target audience.

The social links at the bottom of the page I wanted to use to justify a simple marketing strategy since in my music video and other graphic work I've avoided a lot of simple promotion, I used a url inside my digipak but that's as far as it went, I think next time I'd love to branch out on this more.

Paragon Records label is necessary just to show that the band is part of an association.
